Experience Required

6 to 10 years of total IT experience preferred.
Strong hands-on expertise in
Blue Prism
and
Core Python
.
Candidates with
4+ years in Blue Prism
and
2.5+ years in Python
will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize automation workflows using
Blue Prism
.
Build, enhance, and troubleshoot backend scripts and components using
Core Python
.
Integrate automation solutions with various systems and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including onsite US stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with automation best practices, documentation, quality, and reusability.
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
Support existing RPA automations and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in
Blue Prism
(development, debugging, deployment).
Solid expertise in
Python scripting, automation, and API integrations
.
Understanding of RPA standards, object studio, process studio, queues, triggers.
Ability to work in global teams, especially with stakeholders in the US.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in
Power Automate
(flow creation, connectors, triggers).
Finance project or FinTech domain experience (preferred, not mandatory).
Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, or other automation tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Soft Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with onsite (US) teams.
Strong documentation and requirement understanding skills.
