Job Description

We are seeking talented software developers to join a fast-moving team responsible for bringing AI-powered solutions accelerator software to market, based on the watsonx data and AI platform.Your main duties will include designing and implementing new software capabilities while ensuring your code meets high-quality standards through testing and debugging. You will work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to ensure the software meets user needs. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

3+ years of demonstrated experience developing full-stack enterprise-level software.

Strong Python development skills and experience with LangChain/LangGraph

Experience with distributed source control systems such as Git and CI/CD.

Experience with test-driven development and frameworks.

Excellent communication skills, team collaboration, and critical thinking.

Familiarity with working in a DevOps model.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills with a proven track record in delivering capabilities in these languages, experience with Node.js and React.

Experience working with LLMs and Agentic frameworks.
