Job Summary:
We are hiring Fresher Software Developers who are enthusiastic about learning new technologies and growing in the IT industry. Candidates will be part of a collaborative team environment and will work on real-time projects under professional guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications
Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Write clean and efficient code following best practices
Debug and resolve software issues in a timely manner
Stay updated with emerging software trends and technologies
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (C/C++, Java, Python, etc.)
Basic knowledge of front-end and back-end web development
Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Good problem-solving and analytical thinking
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Tech / B.E / MCA or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2023 or 2024 graduates preferred
Internship/training experience is a plus
