Job Description

As an experienced ServiceNow professional, you will be responsible for implementing ServiceNow solutions, specifically in ITSM, ITOM, and SAM. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in leading end-to-end ServiceNow engagements and customizing applications to meet client requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with the architecture team to design effective solutions, optimizing existing applications for performance, and leading code reviews to ensure best practices in ServiceNow development. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to junior developers, develop integrations with other systems, and troubleshoot complex technical issues within the ServiceNow environment. To excel in this position, you should stay updated on new ServiceNow features and technologies, communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and consult with business analysts to develop appropriate technical solutions. You will also contribute to the development of Fujitsu IP solutions in ServiceNow and mentor other developers to enhance their skills. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience, and expertise in customizing applications like ITAM, ITSM, and SAM. You should have a proven track record of implementing ServiceNow solutions, configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, and developing custom integrations using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, and Scripted REST API. Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or other functional languages, along with a solid understanding of ITIL practices, are essential for success in this role. Possessing ServiceNow certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist, as well as ITIL v3 certification, will be advantageous. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities are key attributes that will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.,
