Software Architect Technical Lead

Role Overview: As a Technical Architect, your primary objective is to design, oversee, and deliver a scalable, secure, and maintainable system architecture that aligns with both the business and technical requirements of the enterprise application. Your role will involve designing the overall architecture, selecting the right technologies, collaborating with various teams, ensuring performance and scalability, implementing security measures, integrating DevOps practices, maintaining documentation and standards, and managing quality and risks. Key Responsibilities: - Design the overall system architecture, define module boundaries, and ensure scalability and maintainability. - Select appropriate tools, frameworks, and design patterns to meet project goals and performance requirements. - Collaborate with backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams, review designs, and mentor developers on best practices. - Optimize system performance through caching, load balancing, and efficient database design. - Implement secure coding standards, authentication/authorization strategies, and data protection mechanisms. - Collaborate on CI/CD setup, cloud deployment, and environment consistency using Docker/Kubernetes. - Maintain architecture diagrams, API documentation, and coding guidelines to ensure consistency. - Identify technical risks, ensure non-functional requirements are met, and uphold architectural integrity. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of backend or full-stack experience, preferably in Java/Spring Boot. - 2+ years in architecture, system design, or team leadership roles. - Prior experience in building large-scale, distributed, or enterprise applications would be beneficial. Additional Details: Having a fundamental grasp of Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains would add significant value to the project.,
