Software Architect II - Enterprise Architect Platform & Engineering Systems

You are looking for an Enterprise Architect specializing in Platform & Engineering Systems with 12 to 16+ years of experience to join our team in Pune. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for defining and driving the technical architecture strategy across various domains including backend, frontend, DevOps, cloud, and security. Your role will involve aligning technology with business objectives, enforcing standardization, and ensuring the development of scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. Collaboration with engineering leads, product managers, DevOps, and business stakeholders will be crucial to deliver a cohesive architecture that supports high-performance product development. Your key responsibilities will include defining and evolving enterprise architecture, establishing and maintaining architecture guidelines, advising on technology choices, conducting design reviews, and prioritizing technical debt reduction efforts. You will also lead architecture reviews for scalability, performance, reliability, cost-efficiency, and ensure compliance with security standards. In terms of skills and expertise, you should have a strong understanding of full-stack architecture, proficiency in Python (Django), Go, Rust, and TypeScript. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React.js, Tailwind CSS, and HTML/CSS is essential. Additionally, experience with AWS services, Kubernetes, Terraform, Nginx, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, HashiCorp Vault, FusionAuth, Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch, Redis, Kafka, GraphQL, and deployment practices is required. Nice to have skills include experience in product/platform engineering environments, microservices, modern frontend frameworks, agile development practices, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring engineering teams, leading architecture reviews, designing distributed systems, and stakeholder communication skills.
