Job Description

As an Enterprise Architect specializing in Platform & Engineering Systems with 12 to 16+ years of experience, your primary role will be to define and drive the technical architecture strategy across various domains such as backend, frontend, DevOps, cloud, and security. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with engineering leads, product managers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive architecture that supports high-performance product development. Key responsibilities include defining and evolving enterprise architecture, establishing and maintaining architecture guidelines, advising on technology choices, conducting design reviews, guiding technical debt reduction efforts, aligning technical solutions with business needs, and ensuring compliance with security standards. You will also lead architecture reviews for scalability, performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency, and provide support with cloud infrastructure, observability, and automation. Your primary skills and expertise should encompass a strong understanding of full-stack architecture, proficiency in Python (Django), Go, Rust, and TypeScript, as well as experience with frontend technologies like React.js, Tailwind CSS, and HTML/CSS. Additionally, you should be well-versed in AWS services, Kubernetes, Terraform, Nginx, DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, security solutions like HashiCorp Vault and FusionAuth, and monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana, and CloudWatch. Experience in product/platform engineering environments, microservices, modern frontend frameworks, agile development, and cross-functional collaboration will be advantageous. It would also be beneficial to have exposure to build vs. buy decisions, mentoring engineering teams, leading architecture reviews, designing distributed systems, and possessing strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills. A pragmatic approach to long-term system maintainability and the ability to work across multiple teams and influence at various organizational levels will also contribute to your success in this role.,
