Software Architect

Your role will involve leading software architecture and system design to enhance product capabilities, collaborating closely with product teams to define strategic technical roadmaps, and advocating for industry best practices to elevate development standards within the organization. You will align technical strategies with business objectives, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term technical vision while mentoring engineers and fostering the growth of high-performing teams. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, along with 15+ years of experience in designing complex systems and hands-on Java development in AWS. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of technical leadership experience in scaling systems for millions of users, a deep understanding of Distributed Systems concepts, and a track record of consistently delivering results while promoting ownership and accountability. Experience in building multi-tenant SaaS architectures and implementing automated development workflows will be advantageous for this role.
