You will align technical strategies with business objectives, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term technical vision while mentoring engineers and fostering the growth of high-performing teams. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, along with 15+ years of experience in designing complex systems and hands-on Java development in AWS. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of technical leadership experience in scaling systems for millions of users, a deep understanding of Distributed Systems concepts, and a track record of consistently delivering results while promoting ownership and accountability. Experience in building multi-tenant SaaS architectures and implementing automated development workflows will be advantageous for this role.
