As a Software Architect specializing in the MERN stack and Python, your primary role involves leading the architectural design process to ensure software solutions are aligned with business goals. Your responsibilities include: - Architect and Design Solutions: Take the lead in designing architectures that meet business objectives. - Development Excellence: Write, review, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable code following industry standards. - Business Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, create a product plan, manage backlogs, and utilize tools like Jira for effective ticket management. - Leadership and Mentoring: Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative team environment. - Decision Making: Independently make technical decisions and implement them effectively. - Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly in a team or independently, demonstrating flexibility and taking ownership of tasks. - Product Lifecycle: Develop a roadmap for the product, breaking down complex projects into manageable deliverables. Qualifications required for this role: - Extensive (5-8 years) experience in software development, focusing on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and Python. - Strong expertise in software architecture and design patterns. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make technical decisions independently. - High coding standards with an emphasis on quality and performance. - Proficiency in agile methodologies, backlog creation, and managing development pipelines using tools like Jira. - Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Adaptability and flexibility to excel in dynamic environments.
