Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team at TNS India Foundation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to train others on soft skills development.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on soft skills development.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance participants' soft skills.
Design and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with other trainers and staff to align training objectives with organizational goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a soft skills trainer or in a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Familiarity with training software and technologies, such as e-learning platforms and social media tools.
