Soft Skill & Two-Wheeler Repair Trainer

Location: ITI Kubernagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Working Hours: 4 hours per day (on-site at college)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled trainer to guide ITI students in developing soft skills as well as provide basic practical knowledge of two-wheeler repair and maintenance. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions that help students become industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive sessions on communication, teamwork, grooming, and workplace behavior.
• Teach basic two-wheeler repair, servicing, and maintenance techniques.
• Demonstrate hands-on practical work in the two-wheeler lab.
• Motivate students to improve technical and interpersonal skills.
• Prepare simple assessments and provide feedback to students.
• Maintain attendance and session records as per ITI norms.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI/Diploma in Motor Mechanic or Automobile Engineering.
• Good knowledge of two-wheeler repair and servicing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
• Prior teaching or training experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Enthusiastic and patient while working with students.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 26 per week

Work Location: In person
