Soft Skill Trainer

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver effective training programs that enhance learners’ communication, interpersonal, and professional skills. The trainer will work closely with students/employees to improve confidence, workplace readiness, and overall personality development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions on soft skills including:
• Communication skills (verbal & non-verbal)
• Public speaking & presentation skills
• Personality development
• Interview skills & resume building
• Time management & teamwork
• Professional etiquette & workplace behavior
• Assess trainees’ skill gaps and customize training modules accordingly
• Prepare training materials, activities, role plays, and assessments
• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and confidence-building exercises
• Track trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance records
• Coordinate with academic/placement teams to align training with industry needs
• Encourage student participation and create a positive learning environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
