Job Description

Training & Development Delivery work focuses on delivering/providing training for the

general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas including:

  • Train new Customer Service Executives in the area of Voice and Accent Neutralization, Customer Service Skills and Cultural Sensitization
  • Conducting regular refresher sessions to improve or maintain the core skills of the customer service executives on the operation floor.
  • Carry out voice coaching activities for the process to maximize the effectiveness of the executives.
  • Provide support in creation of training modules. Mentor and groom new team members Measure performance of the team by preparing team score cards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum 1-2 years of practical professional experience as a soft skill trainer/Communication Trainer/Coach
  • Flexible with Rotational Shits
  • Must reside in Bangalore
  • Immediate Joiner Only
  • Flexible to Work from Office
  • Work Location- Bangalore
