Society Manager*
*Experience: 10-15 years*
*Industry: Co-operative Societies (Residential and Commercial)*
We're looking for an experienced Society Manager to oversee the administration and management of our co-operative societies. The ideal candidate will have:
- Expertise in administration, technical management, statutory compliance, soft services, accounts management, sales, and marketing
- Strong relationships building skills with members, tenants, vendors, and government agencies
- In-depth knowledge of Co-operative Bye-laws, Acts & Rules, Fire Safety Norms, and Corporation Regulations
- Proven leadership skills with strategic planning and team building experience
- Client-centric approach with effective solution delivery
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Completed Co-operative Housing Management (CHM) Course or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Pursuing or completed Government Diploma in Co-operation & Accountancy (GDC&A) or similar certification in auditing for Co-operative Societies and Co-operative Banks
- Strong understanding of Co-operative Society Bye-laws, management, and auditing practices
*Desirable Skills:*
- Knowledge of co-operative laws and regulations
- Experience in managing or auditing co-operative societies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of co-operative societies
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve society operations
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including members, tenants, and vendors
- Oversee accounts management, sales, and marketing efforts
