Job Title: Social Worker – Child Trust

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to support vulnerable children and families within our Child Trust. The role involves assessing needs, creating care plans, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children through direct support and collaboration with other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct child and family assessments
• Develop and implement care and protection plans
• Support children in care or at risk
• Work with schools, healthcare, and legal services
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Registration with a professional body (if applicable)
• Experience in child protection or family support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
