Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible, compassionate, and dedicated House Mother to care for and support residents in a [girls' hostel / children's home ]. The House Mother plays a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that supports the well-being and development of all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of all residents.
• Act as a motherly figure — offering emotional support, guidance, and mentorship.
• Supervise daily routines such as meals, hygiene, study hours, and bedtime.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in living spaces.
• Monitor residents’ behavior and report concerns to the administration.
• Coordinate with staff for health checkups, school activities, and counseling needs.
• Administer basic first aid if necessary.
• Keep records of residents’ progress, issues, and any incidents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
