Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Science Teacher located in Patna. The teacher will be responsible for teaching Social Studies to middle school students, creating lesson plans, designing engaging curricula, and assessing students’ progress. Additional responsibilities include supporting exam preparation and promoting active student participation in classroom discussions to enhance their understanding of the subject matter.

Qualifications

• Expertise in teaching Middle School students and strong knowledge of Social Studies
• Effective Communication skills to deliver content and interact with students
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning
• Passion for education and ability to inspire young learners
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Science or Education, or related field
• Previous teaching experience and familiarity with the Bihar Board curriculum is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to inclusive education
