Social Media Video & Content Creator & Editor

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly creative and multi-talented Social Media Video Creator to produce compelling and engaging video content for our social media channels on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be a versatile storyteller who can conceptualize, produce, and edit a wide variety of videos, including live-action videography, explainer videos, text-based animations, and other creative formats. This role is crucial for our lead generation efforts and requires a deep understanding of what performs well on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a daily content pipeline of creative video ideas aligned with our brand and marketing goals.
• Produce a diverse range of video content, including:
• Live-Action Videos: Plan, film, and edit original video content using cameras and smartphones.
• Explainer & Animated Videos: Create engaging explainer videos, text-based animations, and doodle-style content from scratch.
• Editing: Transform existing footage, graphics, and audio into polished, short-form content.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, viral audio, and new features to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content supports overall campaign objectives and generates leads.

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating diverse video content for social media, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of formats (live-action, animation, etc.).
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience with animation or motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Vyond, Powtoon) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for video.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously to deliver daily content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hinjawadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
