Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Social Media Support professional located in Kochi. The Social Media Support role involves managing social media channels, creating engaging content, responding to user comments and messages, and assisting in developing social media strategies. The candidate will also monitor social media metrics and provide regular updates to the team.
