Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Strategist with at least 1 year of experience in the digital marketing space. The ideal candidate should have completed a digital marketing course, possess strong technical knowledge of social media platforms, be able to run paid campaigns, and exhibit analytical thinking. A confident on-screen presence and excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to lead and manage team members.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals

* Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

* Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

* Monitor campaign performance and generate analytical reports

* Lead content planning and oversee team execution

* Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure timely and brand-aligned output

* Track trends, optimize content for reach and engagement

* Present strategy reports and performance reviews to the leadership team

* Occasionally appear in video content (Reels, Explainers, etc.) with confidence and clarity

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar social media/digital marketing role

* Completed a certified Digital Marketing Course

* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid ad tools, and analytics dashboards

* Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking

* Strong leadership skills to manage and guide junior team members

* Great communication skills written and verbal

Comfortable appearing on-screen when required (Reels, campaigns, brand messaging)
