Job Overview: The Social Media Strategist role will involve crafting impactful campaigns that resonate with our values and vision. By staying abreast of the latest social media trends and technologies, you'll ensure our message reaches the right audience. Collaborating closely with our project and communications teams, you'll help manage our online reputation and leverage data-driven insights to optimise our social media presence. Roles and Responsibilities: Transform our social media presence with groundbreaking strategies that resonate with our audience and powerfully convey our message. Collaborate closely with the project and communications teams to create cohesive and impactful social awareness strategies and campaigns. Demonstrate expertise in navigating and utilising major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and other popular apps. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the organisation maintains a strong online presence. Handle online reputation management and social listening activities to monitor the organisation's brand image and respond to discussions and inquiries. Leverage data analytics and insights to measure the performance of social media campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Organise and host external events, such as community events and competitions, to further engage the organisation's online following. Continuously explore new and innovative ways to leverage social media to support the organisation's mission and objectives. Requirements: Exceptional strategic and creative thinking skills to conceptualise and execute engaging social media campaigns.

Proficiency in managing and leveraging major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram. Strong understanding of social media trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Data-driven approach to social media analytics and performance optimisation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas and strategies. Proactive and adaptable mindset to respond to changing social media landscape. Project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
