Social Media Strategist

As a Social Media Strategist at our company, your core mission will be to create, execute, and optimize social media strategies that drive engagement, enhance visibility, and deliver measurable results. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to craft campaigns aligning with brand goals and resonating with audiences across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing social media strategies with defined KPIs, developing content calendars and occasion-specific campaigns, analyzing platform performance, collaborating with performance marketing teams, and presenting monthly performance reports. Your role will also involve staying updated on trends, overseeing the creation of high-quality content, and leading audience segmentation and engagement strategies to grow key cohorts. To excel in this role, you should have up to 2 years of experience in a digital agency, proven expertise in managing major platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter, strong data analysis skills, and experience with social media analytics tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills are essential, along with the ability to anticipate and act on emerging cultural and social trends. Your skills in social media strategy, data analysis, audience engagement, content creation, campaign planning, trend analysis, platform expertise, communication, and client collaboration will be crucial for success in this position.
