Social Media Strategist

Strategy Development:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
• Conduct market research and audience analysis to tailor strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Content Planning & Creation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn )
• Ensure content is on-brand, consistent with the voice and tone, and optimized for each platform.
• Plan and schedule posts, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia elements.

Community Engagement:

• Build and nurture relationships with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Monitor and engage with user-generated content and encourage audience interaction.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., PR, advertising) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure ROI, engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

Paid Media & Advertising:

• Plan, execute, and optimize social media paid ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Ensure ads are targeted effectively and deliver results.

Brand Monitoring & Crisis Management:

• Track brand sentiment and address potential issues or negative feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Help manage online reputation and maintain positive brand perception.

Stay Current on Trends:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
• Implement innovative strategies to ensure the brand stays competitive in a fast-evolving social media landscape.
