Main Responsibilities & Goals

• Develop and execute social media strategies focused on Facebook and Instagram to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to target audiences.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyse social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with platform trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and effective.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing professional social media accounts, especially on Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong content creation skills (copywriting, basic graphic design, video editing).
• Ability to analyse metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for digital engagement and brand storytelling.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Formal education is not required; we value practical skills, experience, and enthusiasm for social media.
