Have proven experience as a Social Media Specialist (or similar), with a strong portfolio showcasing your storytelling skills but never stopped learning.

Think strategically, act creatively.
Can design a captivating campaign and spot a trending opportunity before it explodes.
Are not afraid of complex social media challenges, but you solve them with innovation and data.
Can speak content creation, community building, social analytics, and digital marketing all in one breath.
Know when to be a guide and when to be a disruptor.

Bonus If You ve:

Helped an organization build a strong brand presence and engaged community.
Created viral content or campaigns that generated significant buzz.
Utilized AI tools to enhance social media strategy and content creation.
Possess strong graphic design and video editing skills.
Have experience in the real estate industry.
