A Social Media & SEO Specialist with 2+ years of experience is responsible for optimizing websites to improve search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and managing impactful social media campaigns that increase engagement and brand visibility. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, implementing strategic improvements, running paid and organic campaigns, and staying ahead of SEO and social media trends.

What Youll Do

Own social media strategy and campaign planning across platforms

Schedule and post content on time, ensuring every story and post hits the mark

Run paid campaigns, monitor performance, and optimise for maximum impact

Work with clients to gather inputs and translate them seamlessly to content & design teams

Track trends, engagement, and analytics to keep campaigns fresh and results-driven

Support SEO activities, including keyword monitoring, performance tracking, and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media strategy, campaign execution, and SEO fundamentals
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools, and analytics
• Excellent communication, organisation, and coordination skills
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
