Social Media Scheduling Assistant

PENNEP is looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our client's team by handling the administrative task of scheduling content on our social media platforms. This role is focused purely on scheduling and does not involve content creation or community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and schedule pre-approved content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Follow the provided posting calendar and ensure all content is scheduled accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to confirm scheduling details and timelines.
• Maintain records of scheduled posts and flag any issues if they arise.
• Use scheduling tools (like Buffer, Hootsuite, or others) as instructed.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of social media platforms.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus (training can be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage repetitive tasks consistently.
