Major areas of intervention include preventing witch-hunting, human trafficking, promoting education, building awareness, empowering women, improving women's and girl's health, and ensuring safe migration. ASHA collaborates with developmental programs, local governance, and engages in capacity building of communities.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Representative based in Ranchi, with some work from home allowed. The Social Media Representative will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, engaging with the online community, and executing social media strategies. Day-to-day tasks include creating social media posts, monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation
• Strong Communication and Marketing skills
• Experience with social media platforms and tools
• Understanding of social issues and community engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
