Social Media & Podcast Specialist

You will be part of an innovative and growing company dedicated to enhancing our digital presence through social media and podcasting. Your role as a Social Media & Podcast Specialist will involve managing our online brand presence and creating engaging podcast content. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, creating, and scheduling content for major social media platforms. - Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and trends in real-time. - Developing strategies to increase social media followers and engagement. - Recording, editing, and publishing podcast episodes regularly. - Coordinating with guests and managing podcast logistics. - Editing videos for social media and podcast promotion. - Promoting content through paid and organic strategies. - Conducting anchoring for podcasts, reels, and live sessions. - Staying updated on daily news and industry trends to create relevant content. - Analyzing social media and podcast performance metrics and reporting on KPIs. - Collaborating with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree. - Personal laptop and camera. - Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, video editing, and digital promotion. - Experience with podcast recording and editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition). - Experience in anchoring and hosting live or recorded sessions. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Creative thinker with attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Fluency in Kannada and English (spoken and written) is required.
