Social Media & Performance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective social media strategies for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement, grow followers, and enhance brand visibility.
    • Create a content calendar to plan, organize, and schedule posts that align with brand goals and target audience interests.
  • Organic Social Media Management:

    • Handle daily management of organic social media profiles, including content creation, posting, and responding to audience interactions.
    • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Paid Social Media Campaigns:

    • Plan, create, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve business goals, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion.
    • Analyze key metrics and adjust campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics:

    • Monitor the performance of all social media channels, using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and platform-specific insights.
    • Identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance social media performance and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms, including

    Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn

    etc.
  • Strong understanding of

    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    and other social media advertising platforms.
  • Experience with analytics tools like

    Google Analytics

    ,

    Meta Ads Manager

    ,

    LinkedIn Analytics

    , and others.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret social media performance data.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Highly
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with

    A/B testing

    for ads and landing pages to maximize performance.
  • Knowledge of

    SEO

    and how it relates to paid media performance.
