1. Building credibility for the brand by responding to audience queries and
grievances across digital platforms - reviewing user comments, suggestions,
feedback and complaints
2. Maintaining adherence to our committed response times and making the user
journey with us worthwhile
3. Coordinate with the concerned teams to get the queries and grievances
resolved, while proactively keeping the stakeholders informed about the status of
the problem
4. Maintaining a strong and consistent presence on review and rating platforms
5. Prepare regular reports on the brand online reputation, summarizing key metrics, trends and the impact of ORM initiatives.
6. Analyze and interpret data from Meta Business Suite & Locobuzz to give meaningful insights
1. Familiarity and compatibility with social media
2. Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
3. Any graduate with Digital marketing certification is a plus point
4. Experience in relevant field - 6 months to 2 years of experience
5. Must have technical skills MS Office/Google Slides Word, Excel, PowerPoint
6. Skills good to have - Social listening, ORM tools (Locobuzz, Meta Business Suite)
