Role Description: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Social Media & Operations Intern to manage our online presence and co-ordinate internal operations for PM Ready . This is an unpaid internship ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in social media management, candidate engagement, and operations related to product management workshops and mock interviews. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow our LinkedIn page and WhatsApp groups . Maintain and update our candidate database for mock interviews. Coordinate end-to-end mock interview operations : scheduling, communication, and follow-ups. Reach out to candidates to collect feedback post-interview. Handle workshop logistics and ensure smooth execution. Share social media content (tagging candidates, highlighting events/interviews/workshops).
