Job Title: Digital Marketing Job Description: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing to manage our online presence and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end social media management, content creation, ad campaigns, and lead generation activities to grow our brand visibility and customer base. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and blogs Design posters, banners, and promotional creatives Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for campaigns Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns and maintain lead funnels Develop and execute marketing offers, promotions, and campaigns Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools Requirements: Proven experience in social media handling and digital marketing Skills in content creation, graphic design (Canva/Photoshop), and video editing Experience in running paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) Strong understanding of lead generation strategies Creative mindset with strong communication skills Ability to work independently and deliver results on time Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field 3 years of relevant experience Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 25000 to 30000 + Incentive
