You will be responsible for growing the brand presence on Instagram and Facebook for SaaS and tech products. As an Instagram Specialist, your role will involve creating visually appealing content, managing content calendars, collaborating with designers and developers, analyzing insights, and preparing lead generation strategies. For the Facebook Marketing Specialist position, you will be managing organic and paid campaigns, posting daily content, running Facebook Ads, managing community engagement, tracking performance, and implementing lead generation strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and manage Instagram content calendars for multiple brands. - Design and post visually appealing carousels, reels, and infographics. - Use trending audio and hashtags to drive engagement. - Collaborate with designers and developers to promote SaaS updates and features. - Analyze insights and grow real, engaged followers. - Lead generation strategy preparation through paid and organic methods. - Plan and post daily content on Facebook, including product updates, blogs, and behind-the-scenes. - Run Facebook Ads for lead generation and product awareness. - Manage Facebook groups and community engagement. - Track performance and tweak strategy based on results. - Ensure brand consistency across posts. - Implement lead generation strategies through organic and paid methods. **Qualifications Required:** For the Instagram Specialist role: - 3+ years of experience managing tech/SaaS brand Instagram accounts. - Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and algorithm mechanics. - Ability to write engaging copy for captions and stories. - Familiarity with scheduling tools like Later or Buffer. - Ability to deliver quality work with fast turnaround times. For the Facebook Marketing Specialist role: - 2-3 years of experience in Facebook marketing for tech/SaaS. - Solid understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and analytics. - Skilled in creating compelling ad copies and graphics. - Experience in driving conversions through B2B campaigns. - Ability to manage multiple brand accounts efficiently. - Ability to deliver quality work with fast turnaround times.,
