Social Media Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Manage and grow brand presence across

  Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels, etc.).
• Be comfortable

  shooting reels on themselves

  as well as coordinating content shoots with the team/partners.
• Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, leads, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Build and manage a content calendar ensuring consistent posting and brand alignment.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and building strong relationships with followers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to align campaigns and messaging.
• Create reports with insights and actionable recommendations for growth.
• Have a good knowledge of doing influencer collaborations

Requirements

• 24 years of proven experience as a

  Social Media Specialist

  or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of

  Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook algorithms

  and content formats.
• Excellent communication skills with creative storytelling ability.
• Comfortable being on camera and shooting engaging reels.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations.
• Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or basic video editing tools.
• Prior experience working with B2B and B2C brands.
