We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager with 3 years of experience to join our marketing and sales team. A social media executive is responsible for managing a company’s social media presence. This includes creating and curating content, engaging with followers, monitoring social media channels, and analysing performance metrics. They may also work with other departments to ensure that social media strategies align with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing social media strategies
• Creating and scheduling posts across various platforms
• Monitoring social media channels for feedback and engagement
• Responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
• Analysing social media performance using tools like Google Analytics
• Collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer service teams
• Staying updated on social media trends and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing & business administration.
• 3 years experience in marketing or sales.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
