Social Media Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to spearhead our branding efforts across digital platforms and create effective lead generation campaigns to support our sales team. This role is integral to building our identity, generating high-quality prospects, and engaging audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to establish the Celeste Properties brand in Indian and international markets.
• Create and manage lead generation campaigns to generate qualified prospects for the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing agencies and influencers to promote our brand and drive engagement.
• Leverage platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for targeted advertising and lead generation.
• Produce high-quality content, including blogs, videos, and infographics, to attract and nurture leads.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and convert prospects.
• Optimize the website and campaigns for SEO to improve visibility and attract organic traffic.
• Launch Google Ads and PPC campaigns targeting relevant keywords and locations.
• Host property showcases, webinars, or virtual tours to engage potential buyers and investors.
• Analyze social media and campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and lead generation, preferably in the real estate or related industries with 5+ Years experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with agencies, influencers, and internal teams.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
