• Understands how platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok actually work
• Knows what to post, when to post, and how to make it land
• Can build and maintain a content calendar without dropping the ball
• Can write captions that sound human, not forced
• Keeps an eye on analytics and knows how to read what’s working
• Understands audience behaviour and how to keep people engaged
• Works well with the design and content team to bring campaigns to life
• Can pitch fresh ideas without needing constant prompts
• Knows the difference between content and marketing and where they meet
  

Bonus points if you

• Have run a page for a brand or creator
• Know how to use Meta Business Suite or Creator Studio
• Can whip up a Canva design without overthinking it
• Understand the basics of paid promotions and influencer outreach
• Can tell us in one line why your favorite brand is winning on social
