🎥 Content & Reels Creator Intern — Nova (Hyderabad)

We’re building something warm, honest, and human in the world of dating — and we’re looking for talented creator who loves turning moments into stories.

Nova is a feel-first dating app from Hyderabad, focused on emotional intelligence, kindness, and creating safer, more genuine connections. Over the next six months, we’re building a full-fledged media engine inside the company — reels, short videos, podcasts, mini-stories, creator collabs, and in-app content. You’ll be right at the heart of that.

If you enjoy telling stories, filming small moments, editing snappy videos, or simply capturing emotion on camera… you’ll fit in beautifully here.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll help us script, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Nova’s internal content feed.

You’ll assist in producing small podcast snippets, voiceovers, and creator conversations.

You’ll pitch ideas around dating, friendship, kindness, and modern relationships.

You’ll manage raw footage, organize content files, prep captions, and support our weekly publishing cycle.

You’ll collaborate with our creators during the Nova Fellowship and help them deliver their content on time.

You’ll support shoots, brainstorm culture-driven formats, and experiment with new storytelling styles.

You’ll be part of building an early creative identity that will eventually reach millions.

What you’ll learn

How to run a fast, daily content pipeline used by top media teams.

How to build a brand voice from scratch.

How to craft emotional content that feels real, not manufactured.

How reels, stories, and creator collabs tie directly into user growth and product retention.

How an early-stage dating app builds trust, comfort, and safety through media.

How to work with editors, producers, designers, and creators as a tight team.

And most importantly: how to sharpen your storytelling instincts with real-time feedback.

You’d be great for this if you

Love making or editing reels.

Have a natural instinct for what works emotionally.

Are comfortable shooting on a phone.

Know your way around CapCut or Premiere Rush.

Enjoy experimenting and learning fast.

Keep up with internet culture without blindly copying it.

Care about creating content that feels safe, kind, and grounded.
