Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Ideate, script, and assist with reels/videos; basic editing and thumbnail creation
• Engage with the community (DMs, comments, collaborations, influencer outreach)
• Track weekly metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR)
• Support content shoots, gaming events, and product launches

Requirements

• Active user of Instagram and YouTube; strong understanding of gaming culture in India
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Photoshop (any one is sufficient)
• Strong writing skills, creativity, and attention to detail
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn marketing hands-on
• Bonus: Comfortable appearing on camera for reels or streams

Compensation

• Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month (based on skills and performance)
