Additionally, you will monitor and analyze the performance of social media and advertising initiatives, engage with the online community, and stay updated on the latest social media trends to enhance campaign effectiveness. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience with design and content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and Figma, basic skills in video editing software, proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations, strong content writing abilities, familiarity with Google Ads and paid marketing platforms, a passion for social media marketing, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
