Job Description – Social Media & Marketing Intern

Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Duration: 6 Months

About the Role-

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and brand communication. You will get hands-on experience in managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and working on innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities-

· Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).

· Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, newsletters).

· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).

· Monitor analytics and generate performance reports.

· Support branding activities, events, and outreach initiatives.

· Conduct competitor research and suggest innovative strategies.

· Coordinate with internal teams for content, creatives, and promotions.

Requirements-

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and engagement strategies.

· Excellent communication and writing skills.

· Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing is a plus.

· Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
