Social Media Marketing Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and enhancing LilBontre's presence across various social media platforms by developing and executing effective social media marketing strategies. Your role will involve increasing brand awareness, engaging with the community, and driving growth. This is a dedicated work-from-office position located in Tiruppur. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - Oversee and manage LilBontre's social media profiles such as Instagram and Facebook. - Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including text, images, and videos, potentially collaborating with content creators. - Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to improve strategies. - Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and encourage interaction. - Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. - Identify and engage with influencers and relevant communities. - Stay updated with social media best practices and platform algorithm changes. Qualifications and Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role. - Solid understanding of social media platforms, features, and best practices for business. - Experience with social media management tools and analytics such as Meta Business Suite. - Ability to create compelling written and visual content briefs; basic content creation/editing skills are a plus. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Preference will be given to female candidates to align with the women-based team environment.
