Social Media Marketing Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Social Media Coordinator at Cuttingchaai in Kochi. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing social media channels, creating engaging content, analyzing metrics, and staying up-to-date with social media trends.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables between clients and internal teams, ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Facilitate client meetings, take notes, follow up on action items, and prepare necessary reports.
