Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive (Fresher) Location: Kottayam Job Type: Full-time | On-site About the Role: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and helping grow our online presence. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Create posts, reels, and stories using Canva or similar tools Monitor engagement and suggest ways to increase followers and reach Stay updated with trends and apply them creatively Collaborate with the team for campaign ideas and promotions Requirements: Passion for social media and content creation Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Familiarity with design tools like Canva (preferred) Good communication skills Eagerness to learn and grow IT Skills Experience: Freshers are welcome. Internship experience is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
