Social Media Manager (Instagram, YouTube & Facebook)

Key Responsibilities

Instagram Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule visually engaging content (Posts, Reels, Stories) that reflects our brand identity and voice.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in followers, engagement, and conversions.
  • Actively manage community interactions: respond to DMs, comments, and tags.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, new features, and Reels formats.
  • Track and report performance via Instagram Insights; iterate based on data.

YouTube Channel Management

  • Create and execute a subscriber and engagement growth strategy.
  • Brainstorm video ideas with the content and creative team.
  • Upload, schedule, and optimize YouTube videos and Shorts (SEO, titles, tags, thumbnails, etc.).
  • Collaborate with editors and designers for high-quality video output.
  • Organize playlists for better audience navigation and retention.
  • Engage with viewers via comments and community posts.
  • Monitor analytics and adapt strategy for channel growth.

Facebook Page Management

  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, links, stories) aligned with our voice.
  • Write impactful, relatable captions and headlines.
  • Monitor performance using Facebook Insights; optimize accordingly.
  • Manage Meta Business Suite for seamless IG-FB integration.
  • Respond to messages and comments to build an active community.
  • Optionally manage Facebook Ads focused on engagement and conversions.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 13 years of experience managing Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook professionally.
  • Strong grasp of content trends, visual storytelling, and audience behavior.
  • Working knowledge of social media SEO and platform algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and social analytics tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
  • Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and aligned with our brand aesthetic.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
