✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in managing and growing brand presence on social media platforms
✅ Strong video editing and image designing skills (Reels, Stories, Posts, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
✅ Ability to create and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
✅ Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
✅ Creative mindset with a good sense of design and trends
✅ Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar software
• Develop and execute creative social media strategies aligned with the brand’s voice
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars
• Edit and produce high-quality videos, reels, and static graphics
• Monitor insights and optimize content for better reach and engagement
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to align campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes
💡 Bonus:
Experience in real estate, interiors, or construction industry marketing is a plus
