Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Hyderabad. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing effective social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, overseeing social media platforms, scheduling posts, interacting with followers, analyzing performance metrics, and managing paid advertising campaigns to drive audience growth and brand engagement. The role requires a high level of creativity, analytical thinking, and collaboration with internal teams including content creators, video production, and marketing to ensure cohesive messaging.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, including creating content calendars and scheduling posts
• Skills in Content Creation and Curation across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter
• Experience in Performance Analysis, monitoring metrics, and utilizing analytics tools to optimize campaigns
• Understanding and hands-on experience with Paid Advertising and social media marketing strategies
• Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Project Management skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and emerging platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is preferred
• Experience in the digital media or entertainment industry is a significant advantage
