Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Muzaffarpur. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing social media presence, creating and managing content, and engaging with followers to grow the online community. The role also involves monitoring social media metrics to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Hands on experience in Canva / Photoshop / Figma / Adobe XD
• Excellent Communication skills and proficiency in writing
• Experience in developing Content Strategy
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience in influencer marketing or managing social media accounts for brands is a plus
